This workshop is intended for spouses of first responders so you can build resilience in a small community of participants with common experiences. In an effort to ensure everyone meets this requirement, registrants are asked to complete the form below. You will then be sent a confirmation email and invoice for the registration fees.

If you are not the spouse of a first responder but are looking for a resilience workshop, feel free to complete the form. Simply check 'no' when asked if you are a first responder spouse and I'll contact you to find out more about what you're looking for.
